Additional Information

Your registration fee includes the following for your child:

A quality uniform consisting of a jersey, shorts and socks;

Secondary insurance through the AYSO National organization;

A photo package including individual photos of your child and a team photo;

A ten-week game season (games that are canceled may not be rescheduled);

For U8 and U6 players, a region medal;

For VIP players, a trophy;

For U19, U16, U14, U12 and U10 players, the possibility of post-season play at the league or All-Star level.

LATE REGISTRATION INFORMATION

We still have openings in some divisions. We will accept late registration at Hook Park on Friday, August 5 from 4:00 - 6:00 PM and Friday, August 12, 19 and 26 from 5:00 - 7:00 PM. Meet us under the canopy at the picnic area. These dates are subject to cancelation should all division be filled.

New players must bring proof of age, such as a birth certificate. Late registration is $110.00. Please bring exact cash or check payable to AYSO Region 665.
