2008 Age levels in Plain English:

Additional Information

Your registration fee includes the following for your child:

• A quality uniform consisting of a jersey, shorts and socks;
  

• Secondary insurance through the AYSO National organization;
  

• A photo package including individual photos of your child and a team photo;
  

• A ten-week season (games that are canceled may not be rescheduled);
  

• For U8 and U6 players, a region medal;
  

• For VIP players, a trophy;
  

• For U19, U16, U14, U12 and U10 players, the possibility of post-season play at the league or All-Star level.

Late registration will be accepted

on at Hook Park  with our Registrar,

Trinity Hemstedt  on Tuesdays in

August from 6:30-7:30 PM on field 3. 

You may save some time by printing three

copies of a registration form from eAYSO

and bringing it with you.

New players to our region must bring

proof of age (birth certificate, ID card with

birth date or other official item) and exact

payment for registration in either cash or

check.  Late registration is $110.00.

7/27/2008 - Online Registration has concluded for the season.

We now have the ability to accept credit cards through an online payment option.  Go to https://ayso665.d4sportsreg.com/ to complete your child's form and process a credit card.  It is important that you still print the registration form (3 copies), sign them and bring them to a registration  event in order to complete the process. 

The Club Spaces/D4Sports company that is processing the online forms/payment processing is a partner with American Youth Soccer Organization and you may view their Privacy Policy here.

Items to bring to registration include:

• Proof of player's age, if new to our region   
  

• Cash or check for registration, if you didn't pay online
  

• Three copies of your child's registration form
