U16 (under 16)               08/01/94 and 07/31/96

U14 (under 14)               08/01/96 and 07/31/98

U12 (under 12)               08/01/98 and 07/31/00

U10 (under 10)               08/01/00 and 07/31/02

U8 (under 8)                  08/01/02 and 07/31/04

U6 (under 6)                   08/01/04 and 07/31/06

Additional Information

Your registration fee includes the following for your child:

• A quality uniform consisting of a jersey, shorts and socks;
  

• Secondary insurance through the AYSO National organization;
  

• A photo package including individual photos of your child and a team photo;
  

• A ten-week game season (games that are canceled may not be rescheduled);
  

• For U8 and U6 players, a region medal;
  

• For VIP players, a trophy;
  

• For U19, U16, U14, U12 and U10 players, the possibility of post-season play at the league or All-Star level.
